Terms of Business Agreement – Heart Events Ltd
The following terms of business apply to all engagements accepted by Herts Mobile Disco. All work carried out is subject to these terms except where changes are expressly agreed in writing.
Definitions and Interpretation
In these terms and conditions of contract for services (“Conditions”)
The “Contract” means the agreement concluded between the Third Party and Herts Mobile Disco for the supply of Services, including without limitation these Conditions (to the extent
that they are not expressly excluded or modified)
“The Charges” means the price agreed in respect of the Services, excluding Value Added
Tax:
“Third Party” means any individual or company appointing the Services of Herts Mobile Disco
“Services” means the services of a disc jockey (DJ) selecting and playing pre-recorded music for an audience in bars, nightclubs, private parties, public events and other appropriate venues.
FEES
Our Charges are either on a time basis or quoted for a fixed amount in advance
A varied per cent of our Charges are payable in advance for the booking of the Services with the balance payable to the disc jockey in cash on the day of the event.
How to pay
There are several options on how our invoices can be paid
Cash
We accept payments by UK sterling
Debit or Credit Card
Arrange to pay your bill by debit or credit card by contacting our accounts department.
Cheque
Cheques are to be made payable to "Heart Events Ltd"
PAYPAL

BACS AND CHAPS (for commercial clients only)
